Transform your academic practice through focused, mentor-led series that blends cutting-edge research tools, reflective pedagogy, and human-centred problem-solving to accelerate the development of emerging scholars. Over three days, participants will learn practical uses of generative AI to streamline literature discovery and strengthen proposal development while safeguarding academic integrity. They will refine teaching philosophies and adopt inclusive, interdisciplinary strategies that support diverse student needs and deepen engagement. Through hands-on Design Thinking, academics will practise empathy-driven problem solving, prototype classroom interventions, and connect teaching and research to real-world challenges. Sessions combine mentoring conversations, peer feedback, and applied activities that produce tangible outputs, improved research plans, clearer teaching approaches, and prototype interventions. By the end of the series, participants will have new skills, concrete next steps, and a supportive network to advance their publications and pedagogy.
