The Project Steering Committee (PSC) continues to serve as the central governance structure and meets quarterly, with additional meetings convened on an ad hoc basis to address urgent matters. The PSC is co-chaired by Professor Thabo Msibi (DVC: Teaching and Learning) and Professor Anil Chuturgoon (DVC: Research), both of whom are the designated UCDP-responsible DVCs. The PSC comprises Project Leaders, College Deans of Teaching and Learning, College Deans of Research, and Deputy Vice-Chancellors (DVCs), Directors of Teaching & Learning and Language development, ensuring representation from key academic and executive leadership. This structure is designed to facilitate collaborative decision-making and provide high-level guidance, given the strategic importance of the UCDP to the institution.
