
Project Manager
Christinah Mulaudzi is a highly skilled and qualified professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Ms Mulaudzi has been managing the University Capacity Development Programme since 2022, among other DHET and International funded programmes, where she has effectively overseen multiple capacity development projects. Concurrently, she has held the position of Principal Accounting Officer within the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Teaching and Learning since 2015. She has worked on various projects demonstrating leadership and an exceptional skill set in financial management, project management, strategic advisory and project monitoring & evaluation.
Ms Mulaudzi is currently enrolled in a Monitoring & Evaluation Programme at Stellenbosch University. She graduated with an MCom in Management in 2021 from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Her academic journey also includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, achieved with distinction from UKZN in 2017, and a BCom in Applied Accounting degree from Midrand Graduate Institute. In addition to her formal education, Ms. Mulaudzi has enriched her skill set through specialised courses, encompassing areas such as Business Process Analysis, Digital Transformation, Advanced Project Management, and Programme Monitoring and Evaluation. These courses helped her gain proficiency in navigating complex organisational environments and overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives effectively.
Ms. Mulaudzi’s professional trajectory reflects a breadth of experience across the Higher Education, Consulting, Accounting and Real Estate sectors. Leveraging her expertise in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Financial Management, Accounting, and Grants Management, she has successfully managed significant financial portfolios exceeding R150 million per annum. Her adeptness in project management extends to overseeing institutional statutory programmes and developing Monitoring and Evaluation plans to ensure project efficacy and alignment with Institutional goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Mulaudzi has a keen research interest in areas such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Capacity Development in higher education, Finance in higher education, leadership and Student Entrepreneurship. She remains committed to driving positive change within the academic landscape and beyond.
