A well-structured research proposal is the foundation of a successful postgraduate journey, shaping the trajectory of academic inquiry and ensuring scholarly rigor. The Proposal Writing Workshop is designed to equip Master’s and PhD students with the essential skills needed to conceptualise, develop, and articulate a compelling research proposal. This immersive workshop, led by experienced academics, will guide participants through the key pillars of proposal writing, including defining a research problem, addressing ethical considerations and plagiarism, conducting a thorough literature review, and mastering academic writing. Through interactive sessions and hands-on exercises, students will refine their research ideas, learn to synthesise existing knowledge, and develop the skills needed to communicate their research effectively.
