Qualitative Data Analysis and Interpretation Workshop – Medical School

5 September | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Facilitator(s): Professor Daisy Pillay
Mode: Physical Event
Venue: K-rith Tower Building, K1 & K2, Medical School

In today’s data-driven academic and professional landscape, the ability to analyse and interpret what constitutes data effectively is a critical skill for postgraduate students. The data analysis and Interpretation Workshop is designed to enable creative and conceptual courage through activities that will enable participants to go beyond what is known and to imaginatively consider what is different/not known. The creative skills shared will create possibilities to transform “data” into meaningful insights through a structured, hands-on approach. The workshop will guide students through the different research inquiry processes in response to the research questions that ensure quality, ethics, researcher reflexivity and trustworthiness in the data analysis, interpretation and discussion.
